-     You Are Feeling That Your Energy Level Is Low

If you are feeling sluggish i.e. lack of energy all the time, then it may indicate that you are malnourished. When your body will not receive all essential nutrients, this is also a reason for excessive hair loss. So, it is very much important to eat a balanced diet which includes nuts, protein, and other essential nutrients. Also drinking a lot of water is very important not only for skin but also for hair. Lupus is also an autoimmune disease in which hair loss comes as a common symptom. Other lupus symptoms include dry eyes, full-body rashes, and joint pain.
